My New Bass

It's one day off of my birthday. I'm on the 24th.

Our Birthday's are one day off, and we share the same first name. You are my Italian counterpart.

Ha, but I am 1/4 Italian.

What college in Long Beach? There aren't too many. The only university I can think of is Long Beach State. I got my MSEE there in '99.

I would, if my room wasn't so bland.

Some crazy kid, i.e. ME, decided to paint the whole thing Battleship Grey. Everything. Walls. Ceiling. Trim. It's, uhm, well, Grey-t! Plus I have to get off my lazy behind and put up some posters, and possibly put up my bass stand.

I know I need to clean my room. That's this weekend's project.

And Jack, someone on TB gave me this info, I'd like to know the validity of this statement:
"A little trivia about your Bongo:
If your bass was at the '03 NAMM show, then it was built during the first year of Bongo production."

A clean room and a Bongo? *Sniff* Our l'il guy's all grown up.

Your Bongo is an early one, indeed. But, it wasn't at 2003 NAMM. It would have to have been Winter NAMM 2004 if it was completed in December of 2003.

I know that both Jack's and my black Sapphire Bongos were built in October of 2003 (and, their serial numbers are even consecutive), and I'm pretty sure he had his in November of 2003. I got mine in mid-February 2004.
