And here's my first Silo, a 1990 Trans Ash loaded with PAF Pro humbuckers! It has multiple pickguards with different pickup configs. This guitar has seen more action than a hooker on a Saturday night and it now gets used for studio work only. There were some Sil Specials and Silos that pulled an "Elvis" over the years, by leaving the building! But this one will NEVER leave!

What up Jimi! I notice you like maple boards, have you ever tried a rosewood board - do you have any with rosewood boards? Also I was at guitar center on 14th street today and they have a 20th silo there, you should go and check it out, think you might like it -

Ok, Mr Hazel, the saddles on the trans ash look funny. I am wondering how it is tuned. The saddles look way off.

I'm a diehard maple board man but I've used my rosewood neck Silo for the B tuned stuff. It's the only rosewood Silo I've ever owned!

Hahahaha! Yeah Jon, it's tuned down! It only looks funny if you're used to having your gitfiddles set up for and tuned to E!:D

I've been a long time EBMM endorser and I try to make life easier on them by making the minor cosmetic changes myself! The EMG's are killing! The SAV's are really responsive- in a non active way due to the polepieces. Really nice bottom and a semi glassy top. The 85 is holding it's own, I used to swear by the 81. The 85 is a little darker and bassier, but its chuggs like a mutha and squeals like a pig! Yeeeehah!:D
