My son says howdy to you all. He is an up and coming guitarist here on the Central Coast. He plays knot rock, whatever that is.

I know your pain dude. I'm in the same boat I've gained a ton over the past few years...which sucks....but the gym is in full effect and I'ma be jacked in like 6 months...oh yeah. Oh and I do the fat free milk regardless so it's all good.

Right On! When my wife got pregnant, I gained all the baby weight
! My daughter is 3 now and I'm slowly getting back to my fighting weight! New guitars always make me lose weight cause I'm so busy playing them, I barely eat ! I need more new guitars! A couple of Silos and my first AL would knock off a ton! Yo BP! Wanna be my dietician???

Haha, having a good girl can really cause a guy to be out of shape, huh? Same for me. Right now I am a 230 pound blend of a fair amount of muscle with a fair amount of excess..... gotta love those hot pockets!!!

Hahahaha! Between having a wonderful wife that can cook and a really good chinese joint that delivers, I'm a wonderful blend of funk and chunk! Man, those hot pockets are dangerous around 3am....I've changed my ways since the season has changed! My keg wont become a 6 pack but if I knock it down to a 12 pack, that'll work
