I went to my local dealer today just to browse around and maybe pick up some strings and they told me the Stingray I ordered in the beginning of march showed up that morning...i told them i wanted to pay for it before I saw it:p...let me just say that who ever came up with the color PACIFIC BLUE BURST needs a big holiday bonus because words cannot descibe how incrediably gourgious this bass looks in person...photos do not do this bass any good...it must be seen with ones own eyes...It has a matching headstock, unlined finger board, and a piezo option which it killer on a fretless and brings out the best of the bass...the color of this bass reminds me of when I used to live in Sounthern California only a mile from the beach!!!:(

so here we go again...

This bass is killer, it just sits there in the mix of a band...nice and punchy and i tweak the knobs to my taste...the piezo brings this bass to life

the first song i played with my band with this bass was 'hang tough' by tesla and it was in your face the whole time...then we kicked in our usual pop/country set where i was messing around and seeing what this bass can do...my singer pointed out that the PBB colour of this bass compliments my eyes:p

wow...that neck is lovely! This trans finish is definitely my EBMM favorite.

Damn, that is nice. I love blue basses...takes me back to the blue Sterling I used to own. I think Pacific BB is fantastic, combines the graininess of a natural/burst with added benefits of a color. Kind of having your cake and eating it too.

the fingerboard on this fretless is killer to look at...it has great grain patterns and it is nice and dark...i wasn't expecting a pattern that looked this good!!! It is even better than the one on my 89 fretless SR4
