hey all,

i do a lot of lurking here but thought i would post this Ray 5 i just picked up from a gentleman on the pit. some of you may recognize it. it plays and sounds every bit as good as it looks. why have i ever tried any other basses than MM's? they just say YES to me every time.

Very nice! Im a sterling owner myself but that sure makes me go into "I need a five string again because of _______" mode. Congrats on your new bass!:D

That bass seems very familiar......nice score, Mike. If I would have seen that earlier, it might be here now.

Beautiful bass and it has a wonderful pedigree, eh?

That looks HOT!

I've toyed with the idea of selling my SR5, because I don't play it much. But the damn thing is soooo sexy, those curves and that tone, I really couldn't live without it. I've never seen a bad color on a SR5 and yours is great, enjoy her!:D
