blogs were once just a nerd thing and its cool to see all sorts of businesses using them now to communicate with customers etc.

I work at digg.com (a pretty huge web site) and we're constantly blogging about how the site works etc. even posting diagrams of our DB layouts and architecture. I beleive open cummuncation like that helps people trust your company & your brand. plus its just fun stuff to read

Gotta give props to Sterling & the MM crew for their forwarding thinking & the fact they theyre sharing tons with us both here and on the MM blog. I dont know of anyone else in their industry that gives us this much info.

Though we agree on our favorite bass manufacturer we seem to have very different notion on "fun stuff to read"! :eek: ;)
