Thanks to Thunder here on the forum, I now have a fretted neck on my SR4. I took it out for it's first gig this weekend and it sounded great!!

I have flats on it that were on the frettless neck. I realy like how they sound with the classis rock band. I may have to put a set of flats on my Bongo too.. :D

Thinking of going with a clear pickguard too.. I thought the bass looked great without a pickguard.

Thanks, my wife took them and a bunch of others. Hopefully they make it on the band web site or myspace page.

Some people will tell you to leave the black guard on but I put I put a clear one on my trans red ray and it looks awesome. Equally you could just take the pickguard off and put the screws back in. ;)
