my tremolo keeps shraping my tunning about 1/2 note

the guitar is fender relic 56 with vintage tremolo hang above the body 1/8
has 4 springs in it when pull back on the tremolo they will not rest to thier orginal
tuning but will shraping about 1/2 note ?
is thier a better way to stretch the strings put your index finger under the string and pull up form the bridge to 1st fret while hold down the 1st fret??

It is your tremolo that needs work, not your strings.

Shraping is a problem - but not a problem you get with EB MM

If they are all going sharp, it's not a stretching problem as that would cause the strings to go flat. The most likely cause is the trem not returning to it's original position, which means too much friction somewhere.

Doing one screw at a time, remove and lubricate each of the six screws in the front of the bridge plate. A tiny amount of 3-n-1 oil or chapstick/vaseline or even lead from a very heavy pencil will do fine. (You don't have to remove the strings but do detune any strings that you might try to push aside with the screw driver around so you don't damage the string, and make sure you use the right type and size screw driver so as not to damage the screw heads).

Also lubricate the nut slots (use any of the same things mentioned above) and perhaps the top of saddles and bottom of the string tree to stop strings binding there. Give the whammy a good ol' shake and wangle, re-tune and everything should be much better.
