Yeah, that line doesn't work. Because once you start playing with other folks, you are fiddling at home AND out playin a couple days a week. (Don't tell her that.)

Well this is the new one being used by 3 friends I have on the web and all you need is an ebay account. I noticed all 3 had guitars listed on ebay for really high prices that would take a miracle for them to sell so I emailed them and they all had the same answer which was weird as they dont know eachother. Each has just bought a new ax and has the wife nagging them about it so they all listed guitars on ebay for about a grand more than what they should be to keep the wives silent, but also knowing they are not going to sell.Sounds good to me.

Pete you did not seem to understand what I meant?

So to keep the wife calm about buying a new ax you tell her you are selling a guitar on ebay but you list it for about a grand more than what anyone would ever pay for it and that gets the wife off your back and also keeps you from losing an ax as she will soon forget.

Like I stated seems to be working and the thing to do lately as 3 guys I know pulled the same stunt.
