So I have a earniball musicman stingray bass and I'm trying to find out what model it is. I tried looking up the serial number on the website and nothing shows up as there's no letters in it. From my research it looks exactly like this but 4 nobs and the cable goes in on the side of the body.

The serial number is: 41551

If that serial# is correct, it was probably made in 1994 or 1995...based on the serial#s listed on Gav's site:

And yours would have a 3-band EQ instead of the 2-band EQ that the bass in your link has.

Are you sure that is the correct full serial number? Are you able to post any pictures of the actual bass you have?

41551 could be a legit serial# for a 1994ish SR4
