I named my JP7 valentina because a friend of I who is just so beautiful, if i get another EB guitar Ill will call it Tawny

i name almost all of em. i pick female names based on my favorite hot celebrity at time of purchase

i make pet names for mine, like my Sub is the green b@st@rd, and my strat is underdog, since it was a total piece of crap that i got for less than you would pay for a crappy microwave at a garage sale..... all it needed was a some TLC, a setup, and new electronics. now its really a great guitar

My sunburst Axis is called 'Roxy', and the amber one is called 'Banjo'. The Sparkly one is called 'Gary' !

The first two were named by a very special lady friend!

As for names, I named my Albert Lee at first, but it it really didn't stick, so now its just "The AL" , the rosewood is Rosie
