BP, or anyone, What color is that Bongo LaRue is playing? It looks like the same color Bongo that Myung was playing in the DT Studio youtube video. I need to order a Bongo in that color!

PS - Thanks for the pics, they are great and very fun to look at!

It's cool that the CEO of a large company could do a guest shot on Jackass. The EB Blimp & Peavey, I'd loved to have seen that.

Sweet shots BP! Thanks for sharing!!

I have to ask though (forgive me.). There's a fancy looking SR5 in pic #10 and was wondering what the scoop is on that beauty.

Looks like it says "DISTURBED" on the fretboard.

What year was the first for "theme" NAMM shows? My first NAMM was 1996 and I don't remember a theme for that one. I do remember the 20th Anniversary Stingray though!!!

That was such a fun year. Definitely an "active" year. Every time I had to scoot from my little export corner to pick up a catalog or product or price list, Id put on my helmet and go head to head with Team Music Man (I was "Regular Slinky" on the Ernie Ball team - my jersey says "Regular" on the back of it. Don't think I didn't make any poo jokes that year...:D :D :D). I'd bash a few players then hydesman over to stack of catalogs and then hydesman back to my corner. We had these soft little footballs that we were playing with the whole time and there was even an organized football game at one point, ref-ed by Poppa. Wasn't that the year you threw sandwiches at Patrice Vigier in the middle of our meeting, Pops? The EB blimp was the best!!! Good times, good times.
