Never say never, if market demands want one or an artist wants one I would bet they would do one.

The artist I get Keith, though I would hope that they won't do it due to market demands, but your right you never know.

Heavy relic Silhouette Special

I've never understood the whole relic thing. Every time I see one, I think it's a damned shame that someone ruined a nice guitar. I don't even want my old guitars looking like that. :)

One thing I am so sure about that would have been cool for 2018 is the Cutlass with roasted maple neck.
With this, people will really see an instrument that has something different from the Corona Company.

But there is a Cutlass with a roasted maple neck, it was a 2017 NAMM piece and just now hitting the market. Google Cutlass BFR Malibu Gold.

Scott Ball chimed in on that unofficial Music Man Guitars group on FB with a few details on the 25th Anniversary Luke. Apparently these will have proprietary Music Man pickups:

"Just reading everyone's comments and I can clarify that only the 25th Anniversary Luke guitars with have the MM pickups in 2018. There will be 25 of these available. Standard production Luke models in 2018 will still have DiMarzio pickups."

Yes I know.
I will get it in a few weeks.
However, this got a rosewood fretboard, but it would have been cool to see Cutlass with roasted maple necks/fingerboards :)

Only 25 full stop? When does the order book open. I’m really interested.

I would love to see Roasted necks as an upgraded option on models that currently use Maple necks.

I would love to see a new color on A few models. Even if they did a color theme for every year. Example. 2018 being the year of Trans green, 2018 being the year of Trans Pink, etc. kind of like what SBMM did with the Ax40 years back.

I would love to see an Archtop Axis

I would love to see the return of the Axis Sport

Most of all, I would just love to add another EBMM to the collection in 2018.... anything else is just a bonus.
