Its funny I was thinking how cool it would be to have a BLACK ONYX BONGO!!!... If that is the Stealth I'm gonna have to buy one!!!
 
No emails. My is guess passive with any color or amount of strings you want under 5 on the stealth Bongo.

If I guessed right how bout a free one of them?

I like Bongos, I love my SR 5 and EB really need do no more than just be EB for me.

I don't understand this fascination with a maple-necked Bongo.

Is it just because there hasn't been one so far?

Is it that we always want what we think we can't have?
 
Um...guys? ALL Bongos have maple necks. They just happen to have rosewood or pao ferro fretboards attached to them. :cool:

BM, where can I see decent/full pic of your white whale?
At the moment I'm torn between white & desert gold 5HH.
And very curious to see buttercream (buttercream, honey-
burst, and burnt apple should hang in my kitchen :confused: ).

But, don't get too smitten--white is no longer a Bongo option. Bass Central still has some in stock, (4HH, 4SH, 5HH, and 5HHP), though.

I bet the buttercream will look amazing--expecially with a tort guard. But, the black headstock (assuming that will be following the Ltd Ed trend) would kill it for me, personally.

Yeah - I'm looking @ the inventory over at BC
& want to make a move but then I read Dargin's
post and may have to hold-off a week to get a look
at the buttercream. However, the black headstock
kinda kills it for me as well - I need to see it 1st.

Pretty please: anyone @ SLO care to comment on the
Bongo LE buttercream headstock color??
