This stuff has worked for me in the past, plus you can use it on almost anything at home.
It is a tedious process though, you'll have to keep going over the area several... Lets say a lot.
It did work though, I'm not sure how deep your scratch is, but it's worth a try!
I think it was only $13 CAD.

That's a good point - I also used micro mesh with the guitar scratch remover to mend some of my dings.

I've used nail polish in the past. One of my Morses has a pretty killer scratch on the back (thank you Dremel ...) that I covered with nail polish in a similar colour. Not unnoticeable, but not nearly as bad that way.

This is an update on my issue. I havent done anything about the scratch and now there s a second one right next to the first one!!! the guitar was bought in july bran new. I just couldnt understand how it got scratched. And after finding a second scratch and examining the case closely, i found a nail sticking out inside the case!!!!!!!!
this nail is ment to hold one of the sides of the interrior compartment in place. The case clearly is deffective, and has damaged the guitars finish. I ve heared very good things about EBMM's customer service. I hope the treat the issue with fairness.
I ll post pics first thing in the morning.

Nail in that area? Interesting. I'm sure the turnout will be positive.

If the case is handled too roughly by either accident, neglect, or deliberate action then it can be severely damaged and allow the guitar to get damaged (the same goes for just about anything except the proverbial "black box"). UPS and FedEx have been kind enough to provide us this damage free-of-charge on an almost annual basis over the past several years.

Hopefully it is an easy fix!

You think it'd have to be hammered pretty hard to make screws poke through and you'd see damage on the box and outsided of the case. Hope things work out for ya man!

The exterior of the case is ultra clean, doesnt seem hit at all. but it seems that the nails all around the case seem "iffy". i ll have to post pics. i should actually start a new thread, cause this might intrest others too, plus it s something to look out for in cases such as this. it had never crossed my mind, now i m scared to put the guitar in its case...
