I've had this one for a month or so now but took some pics.
it took a while to get used to it's sound, very different from my sterling. the stingray has a way higher sound while sterling is warmer and the pickup and preamp sound is different in every way.
but I love it now! just found THE sound I want with my preamp and amp combination. it sounds massive!

just one question: my bass seems a bit lighter (colour) then some other coral red's ive seen on picture. is this just the lighting? or is it always a bit pink/orange more than red?

Keep coming back to this post just to drool.... Had a ´64 Jazz bass in the early 70s with the same colour combination, Funnily enough i don´t miss it anymore since i got my Stingray Hp , 37 years of heartache disappeared when i first opened the MM hard case ;);)
