Greetings fellow EBMM knuckleheads :)

Have to share some pics on a long wished for new bass arrival - a fretless Stingray. Now, any fretless Stingray would have been great, but like super sweet icing on the cake this one comes in EBMM's totally wonderful Mary Kaye (transparent white) finish. As expected from EBMM it is a totally awesome fretless, mwwaahhh from Monday to Sunday if you want to and very articulate.

All the best for the Holidays and may 2015 be a joyful year for y'all!

Some pics for your viewing pleasure:

Thanks guys, happy to hear you like it. Liverbird, yes I think they were a 1993 run but I haven't checked its 'date of birth' with EBMM yet. MrM - actually, I only had a few days with it so far, am up north (close to Norway even) skiing this week, but for sure it will be nice to come home again. :)

Actually, it's been between -5 and -10 so far, today was a bit windy but temperature wise it's just perfect. You're right though, this time of year we can have anything between only a few minus and -30 around here. We are in Ramundberget, not too far from Rörås, so still some ways to go to your coordinates. :)
God Jul o Gott Nytt År!

she seems like a bass I tried some day in Montreal. is it this one?
Must be the same one, mine came from a Canadian gentleman from up there - hope you liked it. :)
It came with a white'ish pickguard which didn't quite do it for me, so I got the black one pictured plus a tort - not fully decided but lean towards the black...

I have a transwhite 93, I've heard there were 35 SR4s made from 92-94, and I'm under the impression that mine is one of 5 that were made with a 2 band eq and a rosewood fretboard but I would guess a fretless would be even less common! Pretty cool... All 4 of my Stingrays are great instruments but that 93 is just a little better than the others....

yes this must be the same one! funny!! I live in france and about one year ago or more I went to Montreal for my job for a week. I checked the ads (kijiji) and tried the bass you have and an 1989 SR5. I picked up the SR5 but I really loved that fretless you have. Wonderfull bass, very rare, congratulations! it's a keeper!
