Like the other guy, I just got a SUB5 in yesterday, too... I already had an SR5 HH, and wanted another EBMM 5er as a practice and backup bass that would have the same feel as my SR5 - and figured that for $500, the SUB5 would fit the bill nicely... Mine's in really nice shape - only a couple of very minor dings, and zero fretwear... Although it needs new strings, I was still able to get it set up quite well as is - the neck truly does feel just like my SR5's neck... I polished the frets, oiled the fretboard, and gave it a good cleaning - and it looks almost like new... The other thing I had to do was to touch up several solder joints on the preamp - fortunately, no big deal for me...

Anyways, here's some crappy pics of my new bass:

Thanks, everyone - it's in really nice condition, plays really well, and has the classic SR 2 band pre and pup - what's not to like??? I'll be getting a 4 string version very soon...
