Question Neck Nut Question???? HELP!

hey guys
I have a Luke dargie 2 ebmm which i love and it originally came to me with a low neck nut(points were too low) so i get really bad neck buzz, so ive ordered a new NUt for the Luke and i have been informed that they can only send me a white one?? is this true?(original nut is black)
i hope not! being that it is a limited guitar and i refuse to believe that ebmm dont make black neck nuts?
please someone explain this strange scenario to me please!!!

I just got a replacement nut from EB customer service for my JP7 stealth. The nut is black.
