The necks are why I play EBMM as well as the quality of the guitar and options as well, but to each their own.

The necks are exactly what attracted me to the company. After feeling my first EBMM neck at a Albert Lee clinic in 1996 it was over. I was SOLD, and that was before Albert played a note. I had no idea who he was so that day was quite the learning experience for me.

you know you just have to do and make what you think is good...other companies make big bats and people love them ite great...its all about choices

they maybe making baseball bats, but the only guitars hitting out of the ballpark are ebmm. :p

Really just echoing what's already been said, but the necks are actually what drew me to EBMM to begin with. The Axis neck is absolutely the most comfortable I've ever played. So much so that when I go into music stores now, it's difficult for me to find a neck I like on another guitar.

I've always admired PRSes and Les Pauls, but I've never found one that I can play comfortably. They all feel like baseball bats in my hands.

Maybe Ernie Ball could do a crossover product with lousiville slugger... A thick all maple neck, natural head stock with a natural maple top that has the Louisville slugger logo burned into the body... They could get Louisville slugger to send some bat blanks over to make the necks! With baseball diamond inlays! And astro turf lined cases! Maybe an optional "Mike Piazza" Piezo! Call it the Knuckle Ball!

Ok, I think I've taken this as far as it can go...

I'm not having the best day and that put a smile on my face for the second time in two days. You, sir, are on a roll. Thanks! :)

No problem!

I'm not actually sure I'm done yet... I may need a visual on this one...
