Help! Need help getting info on my non-retail sold Bongo

Is there any way to get info on a Bongo 5HH that was sold to an employee, and never 'went on the market'? I really just want to know things like the year it was made, the name of the color, and whether it has stainless frets. The serial number (F07234) doesn't come up on the serial number lookup tool.
