need some help, tommy in delaware???

hey guys you might remember me from a few posts ago, I got my axis set up and threw some 10s on there, and not only have I noticed that I cant shred one bit anymore, the bridge doesnt seem to be resting flush against the body. The action seems kinda high too. some of you guys said to bring it back etc, I just called the guy and he said something about him wanting to block the trem from inside and all this stuff, maybe add a shim, because he says that ernie ball gave me what they gave me (?). But the guitar played great before he messed with it but he seems to think whatever he did helped the guitar. I know some of the things he did was good, like filing the frets a tad bit etc, but I dont know, im real confused. I dont really want to bring it back to him either. I know tommy in delaware offered to help me, I could use the help bro. should have went to you in the first place.
