Hey folks. I need a little knowledge about the SUB1 guitars. I'm not worried about the electronics or the hardware, I'm more concerned with the feel of the finish on the neck and the textured finish on the body. Any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.

Also, if anyone who can provide some good pics showing the detail of the finish, that would be great.

My $.02 is that the neck feels great. No doubt stands up to the rest of them. The body finish looks really cool. The feel of the body may take some getting used to depending upon your playing style.

Here are some shots that should give you a better 'feel' for the textured finish. I apologize for the blurry non-flash ones, but I took them a few minutes ago and didn't feel like getting out my tripod. You can also see the neck in the background. It has a smooth satin finish, and plays VERY well. I'm always getting hung up on the glossy neck of my LP. I don't have that problem at all with my Sub.
