It's true Chris. In fact it's Samick that makes guitars for most companies in thier factories and then they just add the brand name later. ESP and SChecter are also owned by the same company and Zemaitis just got pwn3d by a Japanese conglomerate.

exactly, ESP LTD was made by Cort, all the Ibanez Korean stuff was made by Cort, like JEM 555.
