Dynaflex in the States, Powerball in Europe. They are a gyroscopic exercise tool for hand and arm strength recommended by CaptMoto in the wrist thread and what a great recommendation it is.
These things are awesome. I can definitely see this helping as much as hyped on the web.
After a few short sessions as part of the learning curve, I just did a few reps on each wrist then picked up the 'Ray.
It was as if I had been warming up for 30 minutes. Thumping away like my wrist was oiled.
I'll definitely heed your warnings and pay attention to how it's affecting me, but all I can say is it feels dynamite right now.
