So here I am again recording yet another album. I wanted to wait to start recording at full throttle until after the holidays and my son’s fiancé gave birth to my brand new and first grandson. So on 12-20-18 at 7:15pm my son and his fiancé had a wonderful and handsome baby boy. Perfect timing as it’s given me so much inspiration to finally rap myself up into this new project which will be my 6th studio album, my second in the Blues and Soul Genre and my very first Major Label Release with Global distribution and Promotions with Sony Music Global. So up until NAMM week I’ll be completely drowning in the new music creation and writing. Just today I wrote a new song that was inspired by my Armada guitar I had been noodling with when it sparked an idea. I think it’s so amazing what a high quality instruments can do and how they can inspire. Just last month I wrote a Roots Reggae Blues song called “Forbidden Love” that features a soaring slightly overdriven lead guitar which is my Saturn Gold Signature Valentine guitar. I’ve also found a new muse in using a brand new Supro / Robert Keeley (electronics) Signature amp (1970RK). So here we go! I’ll be back at Winter NAMM this year then returning home for a week or so then returning back to LA for Grammy week. So I’m very busy but still creating and as always with my EBMM Arsenal of Guitars by my side ready to kick some sonic butt!
