It's a 2007 LE and the 2008 LEs have started shipping, plus it's the only one in existence, as far as we know.

as Jack stated, this is the only one of it's kind in N.A., I did my due diligence in checking with powers that be to see if it was ok to do cross border shopping as there was interest in this bass from outside our borders when we first got it.
