Ok this is top coated and not made satin yet...here is the first color..this one is with the carbon fiber made like herringbone

I really like it. The herringbone is nicely done; I like the triple lines in the dark sections of the pattern.

BigPoppa, any thought to leaving the finish gloss on some of the guitars versus the matte finish? The gloss looks insane!

guys seriously how many times do we explain our position on signature models...We make what the artist wants and plays...Unless your name is John Petrucci you are wasting your breath turning a thread into a poll for choices...also remember this is why other companies dont show you works in progress...go back to the artisan thread...NOT one thread asking for gloss

Can I ask very very nicely that you take these for what they are....an opportunity to see stuff in progress that you would never ever see....

If it is a non sig model we will be all ears....

BP can you explain whats going on in those pickup routes? Illuminators are standard dimarzio flat bottomed pickups, so I don't understand what that extra routing is for. Or is that a trade secret? haha
