Hi guys, I've got two really big questions, last nite at a gig I accidentally nudged my axis headstock on a cabinet, the high E went flat and then when i tuned it back up, it started sounding all sitarish if i play it open:confused:.
Anybody know how to fix this?

And my friend gave my axis a lookover a few days ago and said something about one of the screws holding the tremolo at the back leaning, and I looked and there it was one of them had a slight tilt to it while the other is dead straight. Is this normal?

No, the best advice is to take it into a shop that sells Music Man, and see if they can help. They would likely be open Saturdays. If you bought it new, and the store that you bought it from is nearby, that would be the best place to go.

How old is that guitar, etc. . . . what's the scoop?? It could be "several" things.

If it's new and under warranty, call CS.

It's about a year and a half old now (which is new for me because I had to leave it at home for 11 months while I travelled abroad for work) but I guess that's not under warranty, It's an axis supersport.

Edit: I bought it April of last year

Nope it wouldn't be on warranty. In any event, a warranty wouldn't cover any damage that was caused by knocking the headstock on something. I would it take into a pro who is familiar with Music Man rather than trying to get someone over the internet try to diagnose the problem.

H'mm I'm having a similar problem Nickelwound, but I don't remember hitting the headstock in any way, i just noticed it one day. Your best is to contact EB customer care, and see if they can direct you to a tech in your area who can look at it for ya.

Good luck, let me know how it turns out.
