My Blue Dawn Bongo is done and on it's way to me. I asked the great people at Bass Central for pics of it when it gets to them and they sent me pics. Aren't they great? :D

So I just got an email from GH telling me it'll be shipped on Monday; it'll take about a week for it to get to me, so I'm hoping for the following Monday or Tuesday. Here are the pics from BC for now, more to come when the bass arrives.

I have to say that a Cort might be the best cheap bass I've ever played...never owned one and never will, but I borrowed one once and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

nothing beats a us made instrument, that has received the proper amount of bass love ;)
the cort factory is good (just look at em ibanez' made there) but imnsho nothing beats an instrument made with pride and love (just not only profit) in mind :D

Cort's sell for something like $49.99 Downunder and end up under tons of Christmas trees. For some reason I figure they're not much chop.

Cort make low end stuff, but they also make pretty good quality gear, like that GB75 I posted. It's not too bad really; not a MusicMan, but not bad.
