I care. And I'm totally enthusiastic.

I'm on my third company. One I was a junior partner in, the other two were mine with a partner. I've yet to have a job interview or work for someone else (other than briefly having to as part of an agreement).

I haven't had your level of success (yet), but every day I'm thankful I get to sit down with my guys and try to move the ball forward. I can't imagine doing anything else.
