New Bongo for this Saturday's gig!

Congrats on the new bass, Larry.

I did get my Korg Triton two days ago so I'm feeling all warm, even though I am the crappiest keyboard player on earth - perhaps in the entire universe.

Cowpilot rehearsal tonight, I think, so at least I'll get to play some bass.

In an about-face to the usual advice from elders to young folk, a Bongo isn't a 'Want', it's a 'Need'. Everyone needs a Bongo: Aunt Lilly, Dub'yuh, Stank, Wooten, Patitucci, my boss, Mike Tyson, my sister, Chef, Charles Taylor, Osama, Brittney & clones ..... you get the idea.

Great. That means you'll buy my SR4 off me right?

I was just looking at the Cowpilot web site and I couldn't find a place on it for your gig schedule. You don't necessarily need a calendar but it would be nice if the date, place and time were posted somewhere.

The only thing I'm waiting for to be able to gig with it this Saturday is some strings that I ordered. If they get here, I'll use it. If not, I'll just have to wait for the next gig.

I'll try to remember to take my camera to the gig and get someone to snap a few pics.
