Thanks Chuck! I've got to say that I'm damn-near overwhelmed by the positive feedback and congrat's from you guys...I figured this thread would shoot down the tubes faster than a speeding shi...well, you get it!

Thanks everybody!:D

BTW, Chuck ~ what Bongo do you have coming to you?

I've got a lefty Bongo HH ButterCream 4 string in the oven, can't wait.... but have to. :D

Thanks Randy! Here it is, just a hair over 24 hrs since I got my SB Bongo, and I'm already planning to buy my DG B4...

...worse than an "addiction"!

Phatduck and now you, Shamus? Must be new bass time! Congrats, she is gorgeous! Are ya sleepin' better now?

(BTW, I see in your sig that you are waitin' on a Mesa 600 watt 2x12 combo. I've heard good things, but ya may want to get a back brace with that !!! )

Thanks Doc! Yeah, sleepin' a little better. But, like TommyD and his Al dreams, I'm going through the same thing with different variations on the Bongo!

I just can't (read: can) win!

And yeah, anything Mesa-Boogie makes will require the owner to have back therapy after each gig. But that 2x12 combo, w/a MB RR 1x15 extension cab, is perfect for both my tone and Bay Area club gigs (small stages everywhere).

Actually, change in rig plans...I've just scored an SWR Henry 8x8 cab for $300 (in excellent shape)!

Guess I'll be reconfig'ing my overall rig set-up.:D

Definitely have the 6-PRO in mind, but also considering the Big Block.

I guess, no matter what the config', and with my Bongo-4 and Sabre basses pumping through there...

...it's gonna rock the house! BIG TIME!!
