Trying to find out if copper is a new color. I would like to get a JP (loaded) in this color, but don't seem to see it listed in the color chart. I just saw a EB bass in this color at GC and would like to know if someone can help me get one of the JP's in this color. Thanks, David

Everytime I find a color I like it is discontinued
I can never find any JP's and I live in So. Ca. So, I look at other model EBs and then the color is no longer offered. Well, I ordered a white JP unseen, but if anyone has any JPs they may want to part with I am VERY interested. Thanks for letting me know about the color. D.

GC usually has the petrucci model. The La Mesa store has one (and an albert lee, and Luke, and 2 sub 1's), in an amp room
The fountain valley store always seems to have one. Also Lake forest (formerly El Toro)

GC very rarely has a loaded one. I'll check what you have metioned, but I was in Rancho today and was told there weren't any with all options in the entire chain! I ordered one from them about 8 months ago, but never came - which I'm told GC has a history of. Anyway I'll keep looking, Thanks, D.

yeah, they rarely show up with piezos. The jp at La Mesa doesn't have one either.
But go in and give the luke and Albert a go.
The luke is Radiance Red, no piezo, the Albert (which I played Fri.) is blue with white pearloid pickguard and plays and sounds great (regular single coils).
Hope the AL I have on order plays as good.

I think they must do bulk purchases of all the same equipment - my local shop also has a radiance red luke and a blue AL...
