I have spotted a colour and pickguard i've never seen before, and the websight doesn't claim it either.

Sterling bass.

Bronzy/coppery/goldish metallic, with a copper pickguard that appears to have been acid washed giving sort of a aged effect.

anyone know about this?
The music store that has it cannot look it up and explain it either.

Qurious thing is there is no upcharge on the price listing of this axe, neither as a custom coluor or the custom pickguard.

I'm gonna tell you folks.

This may be the most gorgeous EB/MM yet. :p

Sounds like copperhead bronze. A few guys here have them. EBMM made a few then didn't get the kind of response they needed to continue (if I recall all this correctly) and so sold the entire run to Guitar Center.

Nice looking finish, isn't it?

yes this guitar can be found at the Akers Mill Guitar centre, [atlanta area]
I don't recall what the abreiviated two letter suffix was, that denotes colour.
I must know if the fine people at EB can make me a pickguard like this.
