Hi new member and first post just bought my first ebmm and im blown away! Always played usa charvel until now but im converted! Just wondering if anyone has seen this configuration in this colour before as im told it doesnt exist? ?

Hi @just007 -- welcome to the Forum and congrats on that Axis. Looks gorgeous!

As you can see here, the Axis is offered in Candy Red as a standard option. However, the vast majority of Axis are done with a translucent top. I am a big collector and I have never seen a Candy Red Axis that I can recall (or I probably would have been GASing ti buy it and would have remembered that). So even though anybody can order one today, and thus it's not "rare" in the sense of "can't get one", it's pretty "rare" in the sense of "not a lot have been made." (Does that make sense).

Thanks for the reply was the colour available in 2000 do you know? I emailed eb and they replied very quickly telling me my guitar was completed on the 30th of June 2000 and was candy red no further specs though

Thanks I got a feeling this is a keeper I think the only thing that would tempt me away from it would be a pink or purple axis :)
