Ah, that'll be "Haud yer wheesht", and if your number of posts here is anything to go on Spud, I could see why you might have heard that one :D

Just kidding! :p

I've heard it myself sometimes whilst practising my guitar!

Hi all,
John McIntyre,my band leader, has joined up on these boards today.
He came to EBMM via literally stealing my Axis Sport mm90 from me.I left it at his house after one of our first rehearsals and he refused to give it back saying it had absolutely everything and more he was looking for in a guitar....just as well as he was on the verge of buying something beginning with F or G at the time. now he talks about musicmans in hushed tones when his other half's around:D
modesty will prevent him from saying so himself but John's a wonderfully talented singer/songwriter/frontman and a very fine player as well. I know he'll be made welcome here and I hope you all get a healthy dose of his wit over time. He'll be along to say hello shortly
Komp

I don't even play those chords anymore. :p

Hello All

I am new to the forum. My name is John and I am in a band with Kompressaur. At the time we started jamming I was looking for a new guitar nearley went for one begining with F but was told about the best kept secret in the buisness. I am a sucker for sunburst guitars, I like telecaster volume knobs, I like old style Giby pick up's and I love maple necks so this Axis sport had it all. It's like the perfect guitar sculpted from the heavens by Axius God of Rock. So I made up my mind that I would sneak it out the back of the house and drive to Devon but when i got to the car I noticed that I had a wheel missing and I decided to pay Komp for it. I will attach some pics of the beauty when I have decided the right angle to show of her front and back to the sexiest degree, lol. I'll probablt just post a gig picture. I am sure that a lot of youguy's will appreciate this but at the weekend the guitar rack had 3 musicman guitars and 1 bass, and how the silyva flowed. Anyway I'd like to thank everyone for the warm welcome and hope you all keep on playing out.
