Hello

The first video of the new Flying Colors album is online :

Does Steve play the "new" number one ? (since I believe the old number one is retired, the neck cannot accept a new refret)

Anyway, wonderful song :)

That looks like it. Same color as the old guitar, kind of a tortoise pickguard pattern instead of the plain black and I think it has a roasted neck. The neck on the new #1 is definitely a darker shade of wood.

Saw it backstage with Purple a week or two ago. As Roger Glover said (with british accent),"It's just like the other one only a lot cleaner."

Thank you BUC

The color seems to be a solid color (not a blueburst like the old number one). I think it's called navajo blue.

By the way, I have my ticket for the Paris show (October 14th)

I think you're right about the color. The old #1 was so worn out it was hard to tell what color it was!

But yes, I think the new one is more of a solid color.

Really hoping to see the 1st FC show in California on 2 October.

Yup, that's the new #1. Navajo blue, roasted neck, neck pocket routed a little deeper so it feels more like the old one, and a pickguard to match Dave LaRue's main Bongo. (If memory serves :D)
