the server was replaced weeks ago it is the same speed just seems faster

I must say this though, I am quite familiar with vBulletin as I have been running my own bikers forum ( www.xt660.com/index.php ) for over 4 years now using vB, and basically I know a fair bit about the structure of this piece of software and how to achieve best performance, one of the things that will probably eat a lot of bandidth memory and in return will slow the active response of the forum is those Tag Clouds you've got at the end, just above the who's online window.

Sure they look neat but unless someone really has any good use out of them, they really stress the bandwitdth as they are constantly searching, updating and displaying the hottest tags. Does anyone actually noticed or used those tag clouds?
