THis morning we had 798 on the forum for a new record......When I joined we averaged about 50.....

I think a lot of lurkers are under the impression they cannot join unless they own at least one EBMM bass.

And that is just plain wrong! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO OWN AN EBMM BASS TO JOIN THIS FORUM! (Ok, after a while here you will want to own, not one or two, but several EBMM basses, but that is beside the point.)
