So, is that a complete amp or do you have to add a preamp?

Add the pre of your choice, if you desire.

Jim B is wrapping up a line driver that he has made to pair with his IP cabs.

That has to sound MASSIVE. Travis had to yank me away from the HH SR5 at GC a while back and playing through his Bergs about half an hour ago leads me to beleive that that's a smokin' combo. Congrats!

AWESOME Ken.
Had a chance to mess with the Berg?

It's rained here all day so I've been playing away.
I ran an EBS driver/tube emulator/overdrive through
it and it sounded great but honestly, I think the thing
sounds great on it's own plugging straight in - it is
certainly loud & deep enough, shakes the windows.

I wish I had several preamps at my disposal to
see how the IP sounds but this new SR5HH
offers so much, I'll be busy for a while.

Ah, someone remembers my Sterling pics ;)

Fyi,
It's a blanket on a kitchen countertop, I
don't photograph on beds or lick my basses . .
NOT that there's anything wrong with that

I actually did have to threaten Andrew with physical violence, if he did not put down the HH SR5 on our GC trip.

Last nights jam session proved that an EBMM HD-500 with a Bergantino HT210/HT115 powered by a StingRay 5 or Bongo, is just freakin delicious. What a noise.
