Awesome Pete!

What a great way to let us know what you've got! :)

That Al is sweet! ;)

Hey what colour is the Luke hiding behind the rosewood Axis?

That's some nice gear my friend. Love that Al, although the color is officaly called Candy Red. It's not your standard CAR, it's actually a bit darker and I actually prefer it over normal Candy Apple Red. I'm not sure how they produce it, or if there's a silver/gold base coat, but it's a gorgeous color for sure.

hey now, we do.... BECAUSE OF YOURS TRULY TOO!!!
it's just that they are below the Daddy-Os and at the angle that I was filming the Al at you couldn't quite see the 14-odd gauges of EB strings we have in stock

and yes, I'll pass the message along to Tom, he's on his honeymoon right now and not checking his email too frequently :D

Pete,

Thanks for your awesome vids, man. I'm curious, what rig do you usually play through when you shoot the vids and are you just using the videocamera mic? It's sounds pretty damn good if it's just a regular camcorder.

except for the two most recent vids, I've recorded direct to ProTools and then matched it up in iMovie BUT the last two videos (CMaj. and Emi Penta) were just my lil' old JVC handycam along with some live eq'ing to take that into consideration

Most impressive live eq'ing compensation for the handycam. Lots of times, I think bass just drops out with a camcorder. How do you set the eq?

Thanks Ed,
Actually I just listened to it with headphones on and the bass did come through ok
as for the eq'ing, I was going through a Genz-Benz Neo Pak3.5 head and a NeoX 1x12". I think what I did was put the Low Boost switch on and then bumped up the mids, not too high of mids but rather lower mids to "simulate" lowwww bass response on tiny mics and speakers :D
i think that was it.

can't wait to film up some stuff with this.........

I will remember that next time we have some handycam work. Thanks.

Please tell us how the PJB stuff goes. I've contemplated the briefcase whenever I'm killing my back for a practice jam.

Wallet, briefcase, suitcase, really large gorilla Samsonite thingy... I dunno...
