Question New guitar string Free Prototype Paradigm

Hi all,
I'm new in this group. I've just changed my guitar string to the Ernie Ball Slinky 9-42. I've just found out a little card telling that I could receive for free a prototype of your new string tech. Does somebody know how I possibly get the new paradigm an try them on my strat for free ?
