I'm not sure how much repair work will be going on during open house. I think it would be better if maybe you send it in before the open house, and pick it up there. BP, what do you think?

I could do that, but I can't send it until after the weekend of September 3rd. I have two gigs that weekend and can't sanely do them without 2 guitars. :eek:

If that time frame is ok with you guys, I'd be more than happy to do it that way. :)

Thats fine with me...You can call customer service and get a return authorization number and we will get you taken care of.

Return Authorization

Hey, Jeffrey, make sure you give me a call for the return authorization so we can get it back here ASAP. Remember there is the Labor Day holiday on the 5th, but if you ship it to us on the 6th, depending on where you live, we will hopefully have the time needed to repair the guitar.

AH, ok. I'm in Texas so it should get there fairly quickly.

I can call whenever and set up the RMA, that's not an issue. :)

I just found out today I have gigs on the 23rd and 24th too! So I really need to bring it back with me! :)
