Ernie Ball sells guitar finish polish and microfibre cloths. Available online or in major guitar stores. And for the back of the neck, Casey Tru-oil and wax. Some may suggest using a conditioner for the fretboard depending on humidity conditions of your home. If you play quite a bit, the oils from your fingers will help condition the fretboard, too.
note that tru oil dries hard...like finish hard...the Birchwood Casey Gunstock wax may be applied once every year or two to keep the back of a naturally finished neck feeling fresh
