Hi!
This is DeepPurple from Munich, Germany.
I got this webpage known as a recommendation by a MusicMan Supporter on Facebook where I wrote on Steve Morse´s Blog to get tips on how to keep his signature guitar nice, clean and comfortable in play, so here I am!
As mentioned above, I am a proud owner of Steve Morse´s MusicMan Y2D signature guitar!
It took more than two years to get to money by giving drum lessons and working in the supermarket but this spring I made a dream come true and bought it in the local musicshop.
I also got it a bit cheaper because I´ve been working there as a trainee (school-projet) and a damage in finish on the top but that doesn´t really matter to me, it´s my baby! ^^
I started playing guitar like about 2 1/2 years ago so I still call my self a beginner even if my musicteacher is proud of my progress, I didn´t liked that, it was good for my ego but my strong will is based on getting better and reaching a higher level.
My self:
I am a 16 years old kid from germany whose heart is connected to classic HardRock like Deep Purple did in the 70´s but also their newer stuff and bands like Toto, Steve Morse Band, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin, Lamb of God and so on.
This year I reached the "semi finals" of germany´s school education.
As you can guess, music is the propably biggest part of my life so I got two bands. (Drummer & guitarist)
My gear is:
Ibanez 15Watt Combo + LowPrice DigiTech multi

BrianMayPedal, JimiHendrix WahWah
guitars: my dad´s 11year old Ibanez Stage Star, Jack&Danny V200, Ibanez12String Acoustic, NoNameWester + Musicman Steve Morse Y2D.
So that´s all i have to say at the moment, I hope it wasn´t too much and my bad english didn´t cause eye-cancer! ^^
