I don't know when they are coming out, but I was told by a Music Man dealer that they were only doing guitar amps because MarkBass bass amps are so good.

At 8:40 you can see them talking about the bass amp.

I sincerely hope I was given wrong info. That does look like a bass amp. I do find it interesting that MarkBass is helping develop the new amps and they would help build a competing bass amp.

MarkBass has a wide range of different bass amps, I don't see a problem for them to make a MusicMan version, too.

Im sure markbass has made a good deal for themselves too. If they are producing an amp that is competitive to their own line of amps they propably have a good profit on those amps too. So they will propably sell more amps and im guessing ebmm is gonna make verry litl money off them.

but thats just what i suspect.
