I saved forever and sold off my old rig (and the rest of my non-ebmm basses) for this one: GK 700RB-II, Neo 210, Neo 115. I also had enough to get a Hercules stand and a white pickguard for the Bongo, thanks to The Perfect Bass. I start playing in church next Sunday, and this will be my church rig. I'm really excited to be playing in church for the first time in years. I'm so glad I went with neodymium cabs - just 40 pounds each. That puts the whole rig under 100 pounds! The white guard just pops. New Rig Day is the only thing almost as exciting as New Bass Day
Overall, it compliments the tone of the Bongo superbly, fills the room, and doesn't hurt my back to move. And the new pickguard changes the Bongo's mood too
