The name Reflex was derived from a guitar of the same name (70s)

That's probably correct, I don't know, maybe someone of Sterling Balls could add a few words about it, but I wrote before about my vision of this reflex brand:

reflex - revolution, revolution in body wood construction (three premium sounding wood materials), new (25th) electronic preamp with "fast" push-pull switches for even more fast and precise control during the play including passive mode, light weight downsized strings tuners and headstock...and of course the new design!

reflex - flexibility in live performance through active mode with fast switching, excellent 4 band eq and premium versatile neck'n'body shape, ...so as it's perfect for a studio recordings in passive mode, or any combinations of both!

P.S. ...sorry guys, but I really can't wait mine on order to arrive, I already hired professional photographer and a girl model for a cool photo session, I guarantee some stunning reflex shoots! ;)

Oh yeah, oh yeah...I can't wait mine to arrive, like this one, just with maple f_board:

I'm a maple board kinda guy too. I'm holding my new bass fire until at least NAMM though to see what BP and the workshop elves have to offer.
