Wow!!! So would a Reflex or Bongo be available without a matching headstock?

A maple boarded HSS with a non-matching headstock would be the bee's knees.

I WILL be calling about this, ironically I posted a few months ago that I'd love a PDN with a Green Sparkle, matching headstock!

Yikes...

It would be a maple Sterling 5HH... but my PDN Sterling 5HH is so nice, I may have to trade that for a Bongo PDN Honeyburst. I dunno, the Mahogany has its own tone profile though & its the most beautiful bass I've ever seen.

Edit:

Screw it, all you bitches have more than 2 basses... I should too :)
I've seriously been driving myself INSANE looking at other basses for an aggressive tone with the feature set of the Sterling... it doesn't exist, its the best bass ever, period. Series to parallel in an instant with no volume drop off, single coils, 3 band EQ (having a mid control is huge vs a 2 band & a 4 band EQ has proven tougher to play around with on the fly). I'll keep 2 Sterlings :)
